changed the handling of vein checks

removed the OreBroadcastException and just broke out of the loops instead that way the vain is still reported.

should also stop if the vain is larger then config max size. was cases where it could.

With all the new ore variations added its easier to just have it configured instead of trying to replace the name

removes deepslate from the ore name and adds copper and all deepslate versions of blocks to the config

Orebroadcast

This update allows you to basicly add any block to the list of broadcasted items tho you will have to update your old configs so that diamond is not diamond_ore as the plugin no longer amends it to diamond_ore for you. This change was so that the new items in 1.16 like ancient_debris can be broadcasted

orebroadcast bungee support

Can enable cross server broadcasts so that any one can see the broadcast on any server the plugin is installed on.
