Talisman KB integration via selector id hints

• Adds integration with Talisman Knowledge Base via selector id hints. One can choose selector id from concept/link types for element selectors and from property types for other selectors, depending on context in sitemap. This queries talisman for kb type definitions. Generates selector id of form [tlsmn:<type>:<id>:<extra info>] Type.
• Adds possibility to yield nested element structures in output messages to preserve hierarchy

This is the earlier version of #121 where kb information is embedded in selector ids. In #121 I attempt to move kb type selection to separate form input and store it in dedicated field in selectors.
