Moved SUBJECT_AREAS into the Subject lists for GYS and VUXGRS

The SchoolType GYS_SUBJECT_AREA has been removed and is now part of the GYS schooltype.
This to align with the GRS structure.

Also fixed a bug with GRSPKOU01 not being marked as a SUBJECT_AREA.
