As a customer I want to user enter all the necessary information so that the calculations will be correct

New requirements to user data entry

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add another block "What disposable products do you use?" "Які одноразові засоби ви використовуєте?" (pads OR tampons)
   ( у форматі вибірки)
   

2. Instead of "Average Products Used Per Cycle" block, we need to make two other blocks
   "Duration of menstruation" "Тривалість менструації" "Average of disposable products per day" "Кількість одноразових продуктів на день"
   (Next to the block "Average of disposable products per day" there should be an information button (an example is here [MHC] Additions to the calculator #1020), when user clicks, the text "mostly 3-5 days" "переважно 3-5 днів" should appear

@lkshkmia Block "What disposable products do you use?" "Які одноразові засоби ви використовуєте?" doesn`t match with other fild name in form. This is a question, while the other names are statements such as 'Your age', 'Age at Menopause', 'Product Category'.
My suggestion to use 'Disposable products in use'/'Одноразові засоби, що використовуються' field name to this block
