As the `MacroAnnotation` API changed in Scala 3.5 in a binary incompatible way, the 3.3 build
of `parsley-debug` does not work on 3.5+. However, there is nothing internal about this annotation,
take the version [here](https://github.com/j-mie6/parsley/blob/parsley-debug-3.5/parsley-debug/shared/src/main/scala-3/parsley/debuggable.scala),
add a `parsley.Parsley` import and put it in its own file, and you can use your own local copy.
