When Debian is installed on regular iSH, uptime needs to be replaced, since /proc/sysload is not available, original uptime is kept as /usr/bin/org-uptime

New Launcher cmd 'aok_launcher'. This waits for runlevel default before progressing Allowing for things like clearing /run and updating motd during sysinit before initiating the first session.
