Bug fix for conflicting sim game constants file

Had scattered reports this mod was causing issues with other mods that change SimGameConstants, so I am using a friendlier setup in this one. Your old settings from mod.json should be made to the new mod.json in the release file as the old one will not work now.

I messed up a string in the mod.json that shouldn't impact the game, but this is the fix.

Keyboard Bindings!

Now shift+enter, ctrl+enter, shift+ctrl+enter all work.

ALso fixed a bug in vanilla where you could sell and buy while in transit if you hit the enter key. Oops!

Buying More! Selling More! Begone Confirmation Dialogs!

This adds the ability to buy more than one item at a time. Also it adds the ability to override the base game threshold for when confirmation popups happen and disable those entirely.
