Report upgrade and various smaller changes

• Fixes https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/2318 (Added message when no test violations occurred).
• Out of control table now shows "Point x (Label)", e.g., Point 1 (12:15) if labels are available.
• Changed way variable input fields transform when different data format is selected → Now new variable form instead of hiding input fields.
• Added option to set number of sigmas for calculation of control charts in variable charts subgroups/individuals and PCS. (Fixes [Feature Request]: Control charts adjustable control limits and targets jasp-issues#1790)
• Replaced deprecated themeJasp() everywhere.
• Made x-bar & s the default in PCS and variable charts subgroups.
• Added option to choose how subgroups are formed using a subgroup variable in variable charts for subgroups and PCS. Either putting all values with the same subgroup value together, or create a new subgroup every time the subgroup value changes.
• Unified report functions and made graphical improvements.
• Added CIs in PCS to report.
• Changed GUI of all analyses that have report functionality.
• Implemented report for stages in PCS.
• Fixes https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/2440 and fixes [Bug]: JASP-non-normal-distribution-issue jasp-issues#2536 (proper error message)

Based on JTPetter/rewritingCapabilityAnalysis, so only merge after #296.
