remove the old repo & clone the new one with:
cd /srv/gsfs0/projects/snyder/chappell/scripts
rm -rf BAM_SAM_tools
git clone --recursive https://github.com/jchap14/BAM_SAM_tools
chmod 777 ./BAM_SAM_tools/*
