Darkness is a menu bar app which gives you more control over your macOS appearance.

🔖 Features

• Manually toggle dark mode from the menu bar or via ⌥⇧⌘D global shortcut. No need to go to System Preferences → General.
• Automatically toggle dark mode based on the screen brightness for a given threshold. This feature is off by default.

macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later.

🧱 Building the app

• Run these commands in Terminal/iTerm:

git clone https://github.com/jdisho/Darkness.git # Clone the repo
cd Darkness/Darkness  # Go the project folder
xed . # Open in Xcode

• Run the app (⌘R)
