*Adjusted ResearchTree patches to account for ResearchPowl. This is currently the only fork of ResearchTree for 1.4, but patching logic for the older forks has been retained just in case that changes.

Minor known issue: It seems that ResearchPowl itself has an issue where the "Missing Facilities" tooltip always renders regardless of if an advanced workstation is missing or not. Happens with ResearchPowl alone, and couldn't find a way to fix it from this mod's patches. Likely an issue entirely in OwlChemist's hands.
