You can close it or keep it open as a reminder. A lot of the content will need to be removed from the README and just link to the new page.

Cleaning up some old pulls. Going to close in favor of jquery/contribute.jquery.org#87 as suggested earlier. We can always come back to the readme's after we get that landed.
