Minor bug fix

Fixed minor issues associated with windows not opening properly.

Fall 2020 Update

In preparation for the Fall 2020 school year at the University of Tennessee, there are a few revisions of older features along with new additional features. This update requires Java 9 or greater. These changes include the following:

• Add left click for state movement.
• Be able to accept input files without an extension.
• Copying states.
• Allow holding down arrow keys in manual speed setting.
• Moving the head instead of the tape when machine is running.
• Allow users to change speed using up/down arrow keys.
• User can change transitions from a menu that will appear after selecting the option and clicking on a transition.
• Add delete transition option to the new menu created by Jonathan.
• Allow user to rotate the starting triangle that specifies the start state.
