If the FineUploader is no longer supported is there a recommended alternative. Or maybe an example of how to use the default file upload control to upload and associate file URL on file_upload change event? |

The Fine Uploader project was shutdown in November 2018 (FineUploader/fine-uploader#2073), the current implementation in FormBuilder has been broken for a few years due to missing CDN hosted JS/CSS files.
It was decided in #902 to remove the broken plugin.
Closes #902
