TucsonBasin2020

This repo contains the scripts used to run the VS2DH and NETPATH models as well as the Excel file used in the TracerLPM interpretation for Markovich et al. (2020). A mountain-front recharge component characterization approach combining groundwater age distributions, noble gas thermometry, and fluid and energy transport modeling, WRR, submitted in April 2020.

All programs are open-source, however VS2DH and TracerLPM can only be run on Windows machines, whereas NETPATH is available for download as a Unix command-line interface.

The github repo for TracerLPM can be found here: https://github.com/bcjurgens/TracerLPM

VS2DH version 1.3 can be downloaded here: https://www.usgs.gov/software/vs2di-version-13 *Note that the fortran source code is availabe if a Unix/Linux user would like to compile themselves

NETPATH can be downloaded here: https://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/GWC_coupled/netpath/
