What this PR does / why we need it:
The MS controller reads the MD object to figure out if the Machines of a MachineSet are outdated.
Because we didn't have a watch on MDs it could take up to 10m until the MS controller realized its Machines were outdated.
Note: The impact was limited to UpToDate conditions on Machines being updated up until 10m late.
