The Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA I-Series development kit delivers a complete prototyping and reference platform for designs needing PCI Express® (PCIe®) 5.0, Compute Express Link (CXL), or 400G Ethernet connectivity.
- Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA I-Series development board mounted with Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA I-Series, 2700K LE, 2957A package
- PCIe x16 Gen 5 golden finger connected to R-Tile transceivers
- PCIe AIC form-factor: ¾ length, full height, dual-width
- Supports PCIe, CXL, or PIPE modes
- 2x DDR4 DIMMs sockets supporting single channel, 72-bits, 1-DPC, DDR4 module
- 1x 16GB SR DDR4 DIMM module (included with kit)
- 2x 8GB SR DDR4-2666 components soldered to board, 72-bits each channel
