  • If you weren't using make then this is just a version bump.
  • Update libpng submodule to v1.6.39.
  • Makefile:
    • Don't use png2webp's CFLAGS for exestamp.
    • Don't use uname -m, to make cross-compiling easier.
  • .github/update-submodules.yml actually works now.
  • exestamp.c: Use sscanf instead of strtoll.
