All source code placed at src directory
Easy to use Makefile with targets for setting up dev environment, running linters, tests etc.
Plain make does the same checks pipelines do
Reproducible docker/standalone builds with Poetry lockfile
Coverage report for pytest
Instructions for getting started on each major distribution in README

I've made this branch for myself to make development process easier but maybe some day we will merge this one.
