Resolves the request for pre-commit support in issue pre-commit/pre-commit.com/345. Some additional notes:

  • There's an open pull request in librariesio/bibliothecary, which adds the bibliothecary support.
  • Versioning is done by git tags, thus i did not implement a method for this
