Some changes in keybinding calls and metaWindow prevented this extension from working on (at least) Cinnamon 5.8. See linuxmint#391.

There are still some artifacts on my laptop when switching workspace, from time to time, and I'm a newbie in contributing for Cinnamon extensions, so I create this PR as a Draft for now. People interested are encouraged to test and I'll try to spend more time on it.
