Fixing code based on reported issues

This PR fixes the following:

• Report Lifetime issue in tech_library constructor #662 : removing reference from member _supergates_spec of tech_library
• Report Name unnamed enum emap_params.matching_mode #663 : added naming to enum in emap
• Report tech_library default copy constructor is not fully copying the class #664 : short fix by delating the default copy constructor and the assignment operator of tech_library

These fixes look good to me, although I think it would be slightly better to have each fix in its own commit with a suitable commit message.
