### Spring framework upgraded

If you have application-specific code that uses Spring you might need to adapt them to the 5.x version.

Spring framework dependencies are now handled with a "Bill of materials" import to managed
dependencies so it's easier to use the same version of Spring artifacts that are used in Oskari.
