Pronto is a bridge between freedesktop notifications on your computer and push notifications on you iOS device.

Pronto uses the Prowl API to allow you to recieve your desktop notifications on your iOS device.

Pronto requires an API key for prowl which you can obtain from their website.

Known Issues
------------
Rhythmbox sends two notifications sometimes causing two api calls.


Getting Started
---------------

To start the daemon:

python Pronto.py start

To stop the daemon:

python Pronto.py stop

To restart the daemon:

python Pronto.py restart
