There were changes in the manager's dashboard to how new tutorials are created.

@danbjoseph The text in
mapswipe_workers/sample_data/find/README.md is considerably different from mapswipe_workers/sample_data/build_area/README.md. Should we use your version instead of Nash's version?

We have already merged #942
