This includes some major updates to the writing/content style guidelines, which I haven't reviewed in a while.
Right now, these files live buried in links, so we should find a way to highlight them into a table of contents (which is a separate issue from updating the content...see #308). https://mapzen.com/common/styleguide/resources.html
