Description

  1. Renovate always makes the correct PR titles in the Conventional Commits format, so there is no need to perform a check
  2. A bot has no feelings and does not need to be thanked for contributions

I want to avoid unnecessary logic in the workflows. Let's keep it rather simple instead of adding fine granular exceptions. Running the PR title check isn't making a difference anyway, and why not thanking the bot for the contribution? 😆
