This release cleans up some Forge documentation for Read the Docs, adds notebook testing, and includes some other minor improvements.

Important note: 0.6.2 is the last release of Forge that will officially support Python 2.7. Only Python 3.4 and higher will be officially supported moving forward. We encourage any users still using Python 2 to upgrade to Python 3.
