Replaced Piwik by Matomo in JSON translations, twig templates, API references, Widget names, also introduced the new
API.getMatomoVersion(keeping BC), updated plugin.json authors and descriptions, in some comments, etc.There are many more to replace but this should tackle up most of the "Visible" branding.
