@skauss I think the project is a little bit abandoned, I recommend you to fork the project and bundle it in your own library

... or u can use my library

implementation 'com.github.alejandroBrb:Android-ReactiveLocation:update-rxjava-3-SNAPSHOT'

to setup ur own library you can check this
