Per our discussion, I updated the docs for 'housing unit'. Please note that the links in the file do not resolve. I'm not sure if that is due to them being outdated and truly broken or just temporarily broken from being taken offline by the new administration. Any alternative links I found returned a 404 error or resolved to a blank page.
