/ko/docs/web/css/css_positioned_layout/understanding_z-index/stacking_context 문서를 최신화했습니다.

• 쌓임 맥락(stacking context)을 생성하는 요소의 조건에서 container query, top layer 관련 조건 추가 및 -webkit-overflow-scrolling 관련 조건 삭제
• en-US 버전 원문과 같이 Original Document Information 문단 삭제
• 같이 보기 문단을 /ko/docs/web/css/css_positioned_layout/understanding_z-index 문서의 것과 동일하게 한국어로 변경

Motivation

• container query가 적용된 요소에서 stacking context가 생성되는 이유를 찾아보면서 한국어 문서와 영문 문서 사이에 차이점이 있음을 발견해 수정하였습니다.
