Additional details
처음으로 MDN docs 번역 후 pull request를 하는 것이라서 혹시나 문제가 있거나 제가 잘못하고 있는 부분이 있으면 피드백 부탁드리겠습니다.

제 commit에 뭔가 문제가 있는 것 같습니다.
첫 commit을 위한 가이드에서 translated_content에서 commit을 하는 것으로 되어있었는데 아직 translated_content/ko/css 에 logical_properties_and_values 폴더가 따로 없어서 index 파일을 추가해서 전체번역이 아닌 한 부분만 번역을 진행해서 오류가 생긴듯 합니다.
번역하지 않은 부분을 우선 en으로 추가하고 추가적으로 번역을 완료하도록 하겠습니다.
