This is a pull request that creates a page for the Code of Conduct, based on the existing template. I've submitted an issue #10 about it, and I'm opening the PR for review (I'd prefer discussion on whether a new page should be made or the files kept in the cloud service in the issue though, but we can talk about it here if you prefer.)
