Fetch the latest Academic Calendar, parse its data and generate the ics file

Current features/status:

• downloads the latest academic calendar
• parses it into table-wise JSON and one compiled JSON
• adds these entries to the generated ICS file

ISSUES

• The last three tables, "PROJECT TERMS FOR EMBA" were not added
• "EMBA PROGRAMMES " have duplicate event names on different dates, this is not handled and thus the names of events are same

Noice, also feel free to revamp the actual logic and also fix the issue #129. I guess the way you are doing now should fix it, but verify everything just in case.
