This fix makes the cdot multiplication symbol work correctly for matrix multiplication. Also fixes cases where matrix multiplication passed to functions cased errors.
This reverts commit a404f1d. Turns out this doit() was necessary for some cases (nested integrals), will add test for this case.
Adding this test catches the previous regression in removing doit()
