X3DAudio requires only 'real' values for floats, so values like INF or NAN will cause runtime faults. This PR adds an
IsValid
method that can be used on emitter and listener as part of a debug assert to check for these conditions.This also provided a place to add additional validation of ranges for listener curves on emitters, as well as validate pChannelAzimuths usage.
