+The main takeaways:
+- council updates fund key holders to ensure everyone is active
+- council provides regular proofs of spendability
+- community takes over meetings
+I think this helps provide some clarity and certainty around the majority of the concerns and hopefully helps give us a clean way forward as a community while we try to have less and less reliance on council as a point of failure
