Add a conversion function/module to transform sklearns IsolationForests into TreeModels.

IsoForests are cool models to do anomaly detection. They are also trees, which can be turned into TreeModels for shapiq.

  • add conversion module
  • add tests with 100% coverage of the new modules
  • add Jupyter notebook showing what one can do
