This is a MATLAB script for obtaining an achievable block/frame error rate (BLER/FER) based on the channel dispersion concept and by considering normal approximation (NA).
This performance approximation (which should not be called bound, but NA) has been used for comparison in the numerical results of the following papers. If you find this algorithm useful, please cite one of the above papers. Thanks.
