Refunds

If you want to start a refund from your Opencart adminpanel, please follow these steps:

Full Refunds

You can easily refund a complete order as soon as it has been marked as "paid" or "settled".

Open the orders info page of the order your would like to refund. Next to the payment method, you will find a badge with payment status (at Mollie) and the refund option(s).

If you click the refund button, the full amount of the order will be refunded.

Partial Refunds

If your Mollie module is set up to process partial refunds (see here) you can go to the order info page of the order you would like to partially refund. Next to the payment method, you will find a badge with payment status (at Mollie) and the refund option(s).

Refund custom amount

If you click the partial refund button, you will be presented by a popup with a field where you can select to refund a custom amount and a field to enter the amount you would like to refund.

Refund Specific Order lines

If you click the partial refund button, you will be presented by a popup with a field where you can select to refund a product based on the order lines. You will then see all the products available for a refund, select the one(s) you'd like to refund and click refund.
