Great job! 💯 Just a few things to take care of:
- The screenshots are hard to read. Did you zoom them to 150%?
- Some screenshots have a lot of arrows but no steps. Will you add them later? (One of them only has a "Step 6" on it.)
- A few internal links are missing, but I assume it's because the content hasn't been created yet. I'm adding this as a reminder to include them once this PR is open
PS: I love the idea of future-proofing some parts of the content pages ❤️

Description
This PR adds two articles regarding operators:
Register in symbiotic
Opting in to Tanssi, which describes two similar procedures, one for opting in to the vault and one for opting in to the tanssi network.
It's a draft and it need yet vault addresses, where to get them, etc.
