Because

  • if results aren't ready then errors show in the UI that aren't resolved until results are ready and re-fetched

This commit

  • increases fetch rate to resolve errors more quickly
  • side effect is that ad-hoc analysis results will also be fetched more quickly

Fixes #12375

Because:

- Firefox 138 now requires either a commandline flag or setting a pref
  to allow remote agents to run chrome JS

This commit:

- sets that pref in our integration tests.

Fixes #12376
