2012.02.10 repository created to keep track of various configuration files

[1] Many of these files, and definitely the following;

    .bashrc
    .gitconfig
    .dircolors
    .emacs
    .i3 (or .i3.Dell)
    repos-list.sh
    the applicable [local-tools-*] directory depending on your system
    the applicable local .bashrc file (e.g. ".bashrc_thisnode-lenovo") depending on your system

    ... will need to be soft-linked from the home directory.

[2] install the cron jobs found in the cron directory
