Hvorfor 12 mnd vs 10 mnd? Er det frist på 2 måneder for å vurdere ståa etter 10 måneder?

Ja, vi lager oppgaven 2 måneder (ca.) i forkant for å gi de tid til å sende infobrev + evt. varsle + evt. vedta sanksjon
