1. Stand-Up Meeting

• Each team member reports on their progress since the last meeting, including any completed tasks and any obstacles encountered.
• Guiding questions:
  • What did you do since the last meeting / last week?
  • What are you planning to do next, until the next meeting / next week?
  • Are there any obstacles in your way?

MA & AC: Working on subnet and last layer laplace model. Going a bit slower than expected due to the task at hand being somewhat more complicated/convoluted than expected.

MA: Retouching the final report latex code

SB & AI: Wrapping up work on mini-batch training. Code is almost completely ready, requires some generalization. Managed to make use of Tulia for einsum calculations.

IM: Working on impelemnting GGN, closely working with the client, progress is being made.

2. Discution Points

• We haven't identified any discussion points for this TA meeting, but we would like to ask Sven for feedback and some general observations, or anything that would be important to discuss today.

No general review of the project quite yet. It is recommended to add comments on issues/pul-requests on Github so progress can be tracked easier and be more clear. Add comments wherever most convenient, just ensure that there are comments documenting the progress. Possibly link to notebooks with explanations in the issue comments whenever necessary.

3. Any Other Business

• Any additional items not covered by the above agenda.

Sven's availability for final presentation: free Monday afternoon, Tuesday whole day, Wednesday afternoon for the final meeting. Wednesday afternoon preferred.
