chore: Bump WalletConnect dependencies

Description

This PR bumps wallet connect dependencies to the latest version:

• Bumped @walletconnect/sign-client to v2.10.4
• Bumped @walletconnect/modal to v^2.6.2,

This is an attempt to resolve issues #1004 although I am unable to reproduce the reported issue,
