Cleaning up some visuals.

Fonts: we're removing reliance on system fonts and standardizing on Inter. Previously, we'd have different fonts on Mac vs Linux, etc.

Whitespace: GUI elements are now displayed more compactly. We've also fixed a few flexbox bugs and improved general alignment between elements.
