I would like to clarify what values should be used for the --species parameter in funannotate predict command. Specifically, should this parameter be a simple string of the species name, or does it need to be the exact taxonomy name? and if exact taxonomy name then from what database?
in another example you have it as a "Genome awesomenous", which makes me think it can be a simple string of any content
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Dear funannotate team,

-s, --species Species name, use quotes for binomial, e.g.
"Aspergillus fumigatus"`in another example you have it as a "Genome awesomenous", which makes me think it can be a simple string of any content
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
