🌐 Server25 OS 🌐

"Server25" is an OS & Server for everyone new and old! In this readme you will find an assortment of helpful things you may need or want to know about Server25-OS!

FAQ

Q: When will version 1.0 come out of pre-release/beta?

A: we are working as hard as and as fast as we can to get v1.0 out, please be paitent. As for the date we dont have one yet :(

Q: Where do I download the .iso file(s)?

A: In the google drive, Here.

Running Tests

To run tests, run the following command:

git clone https://github.com/nonbinarybyte/Server25-OS.git

then make the changes you want to make or do the tests you want to do, and then make an issue or pull request, submitting the following changes you want made (with your changed code provided in a .zip folder)!

Installation

Install the .iso from the Google Drive of the current Build. Then open a Virtual Machine to use. Select the choice in your VM that says CD/ROM File as .iso isnt a option. Select the .iso from your local files. Go through the install process, and youre done!

Hardware Minimums for Install

RAM: atleast 4.0GB of RAM.

HDD/SDD Storage Needed 256GB needed.

Archetectures (reccomended): x86_64, AMD

Archetectures (not reccomended): ARM

For support use one of the following options below!

  1. Join the Discord
    • go to the #Tickets channel and make a ticket
    • in the ticket describe the issue(s) you're having & provide as much detail as possible!
